Synchro-Link for Foundations was designed to facilitate near effortless management of the organizations, contacts, and projects that both small and large foundations interact with every day. This system was designed with the help of a very efficient foundation from the ground up with an intuitive web interface that lets program officers and grants administrators access the central database from any computer with a web browser at work, at home, or on the road through a secure password-protected interface. A central calendar coordinates all of the meetings, correspondence and reporting requirements, and a Personal Page for each user allows a configurable view of current communications and activities along with one click searches that allow instant access to the projects and grants. The system is scalable to allow the management of a small or large granting program with a minimum of administrative overhead, since much of the workflow and document management is handled automatically. The system can even support multiple related foundations, each with its own website.
